What taking part asks of you
- Bring a real question. Vague ones get vague answers.
- Answer from your own experience, and say when it was — the rules move.
- No selling. Agents, brokers and recruiters can attend and cannot pitch.
- What someone shares about their situation stays in the room.
Host guide draft

- Open with questions, not introductions. Fifteen introductions eats the session and answers nothing.
- Write the questions up where everyone can see them, then work down the list. It stops the loudest question taking the hour.
- Ask 'when was that?' after every procedural answer. Bureaucratic advice goes stale fast and confident stale advice is worse than none.
- Watch for people who came to sell. Ask them to leave once, clearly.
- Push anything genuinely uncertain toward the official source rather than settling it in the room.
