These terms set expectations for using Globe Quest responsibly. Commercial terms should receive jurisdiction-specific legal review before billing is activated.

Use of the service

You may use Globe Quest for personal relocation research and planning. Do not abuse the service, evade access controls, scrape at harmful scale, impersonate another person, or use community features for harassment, fraud, unlawful activity, or unsolicited promotion.

Guidance is not professional advice

Relocation, immigration, tax, employment, housing, financial, medical, and safety information can change. Globe Quest is an informational planning product, not a law firm, immigration adviser, financial adviser, medical provider, emergency service, or government authority. Verify consequential decisions with official sources and qualified professionals.

AI-assisted features

AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. They should help you organize questions and options, not replace official requirements, professional judgment, or emergency assistance.

Community content

Members are responsible for what they post. By submitting content, you give Globe Quest permission to host and display it as needed to operate the service. We may remove content, restrict accounts, and preserve evidence when reasonably necessary for safety or compliance.

Paid products

Displayed prices and included features apply at checkout. Payment processing is handled by Stripe when enabled. One-time products are charged once; recurring plans renew until canceled through the billing portal. Statutory refund and cancellation rights continue to apply.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Globe Quest reliable and current but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every city, source, community, or feature will always remain available. We may change the service to improve safety, quality, or commercial viability.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globe Quest is provided without guarantees about relocation outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
